  To start off with I’ am only complaining because I got my mom a reservation 2 weeks prior and she had an awful experience.
  I paid $85 (the best package they have to offer for pedicure + a manicure) for her to get taken care of but that didn’t happen her reservation didn’t mean anything because she still had to wait and extra 45 mins before she was attended.
  Next I was told that complimentary drinks were included which, she was not offered, also my mom states that she wasn’t treated to the upmost customer service by that I mean when they took her in they just did everything extremely quickly and didn’t do a good job. Now many nail salons offer the same service FOR CHEAPER but, I thought Gossip would be different because of their appearance never judge a book by its cover. Extremely disappointed & Vexed because $85 just got her some basic treatment and was not held to the standard to which I was expecting her to have after talking with the people at the front (I spoke to the manager or owners brother).
